먼저 답변드렸던 내용은 제품의 사양보다 DP케이블로 직접 DP를 지원하는 모니터에

디스플레이 케이블로 연결하여 4K 60Hz 가 지원이 가능하신지를 말씀드렸습니다만

확인에 어려움이 있다면 어쩔 수 없는 부분이며 컨버터 자체에서 어떠한 설정이 없기

때문에 해상도조절 외에는 확인할 수 있는 다른설정은 없습니다.

죄송하지만 저희가 판단하기에는 제품의 불량보다는 어떠한 환경적인 특성으로 인한

현상으로 보이며 번거로우시더라도 구매하신 판매처를 통해 반품처리를 해 주셔야 할

부분으로 보입니다.
